It needed until Sunday's success by three wickets over India for them to complete their first ODI chase above 300, regaining their record for the biggest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, honestly, a testament to the bowling attack that have sported the yellow jersey over the last half-century.

"An opportunity to go out there and face the challenge with her and merely enjoy the moment in that aspect, sort of got me going," commented Healy.

She achieved fifty in 35 pitches - her fastest at a World Cup - and her hundred in 84 balls as she attacked short-pitched balls, striking 21 boundaries and three maximums.

When she was out her side needed 66 additional runs at one run per ball - an unconquered height now needing a comfortable finish.

"Pursuing 330 is new territory so I'm pleased we have the assurance to accomplish that now," added Healy.

"Ideally we won't need to repeat it but, if we do, we believe we can achieve it."

These statements will be the last Australia's opponents at this tournament should hear.

In recent days a feeling they will win from any position has only strengthened - this triumph succeeding success over Pakistan by 107-run victory despite struggling at 76-7 at a certain moment.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a meeting with traditional opponents England in Indore in 10 days, by which point a semi-final place may probably be guaranteed.
